Registration Information To access the read-only format of online registration, go here!!
Additions, Substitutions, and Cancellation: The Gathering is no longer accepting additions, substitutions, or cancellations. They will not be accepted on-site at the Gathering.
For additions, substitutions, and cancellations that were submitted prior to the appropriate deadlines, supplemental confirmation emails were not sent out. You can verify that a person has been added to your group by going to your online registration and reading the list of names.
Refunds are no longer being issued.

The National Youth Gathering will work with groups to provide reasonable accommodations for individuals with a disability. Individuals with a disability will be required to complete a Special Needs Form stating their disability and need. Once registered, Rev. William Wrede, special needs advisor, will work with the individual and his or her group to coordinate services.
Registration requires you to have a congregation ID. This number is on the mailing label of your Gathering DVD. If you are in need of your congregation ID, please call 800-248-1930 x1155 or e-mail our office, nygregistration@lcms.org.

The Gathering Registration Office hours of operation are 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday. Please call during this time if you have questions regarding the online registration process.
