Additions, Substitutions, Cancellations

Additions: Participants may be added to a group on a space available basis. Verify that you have space available in your assigned number of hotel rooms. If you do not have adequate space for your new participants, contact the Gathering office at 800-248-1930 x1155 prior to making your additions. We will work with you to accommodate your needs. Additional registrations may be submitted to the Gathering Office with a postmark until June 1, 2010. Following June 1, 2010, additions will not be accepted. Additions will not be accepted onsite at the Gathering. Adding participants online before April 19th:

Supplemental confirmation emails are not sent out for additions. You can verify that a person has been added to your group by going to your online registration and reading the list of names. Substitutions:

(This should not be a problem if you are subbing a male for a male or a female for a female.) Youth for youth and adult for adult substitutions can be made online. If you want to substitute a youth for an adult or an adult for a youth, contact our office for how to proceed.
Cancellations:
A $100 charge per person will be retained for cancellations made on or before June 1, 2010. The remaining funds will be refunded to the congregation through the Primary Adult Leader.
No refunds will be issued as of June 2, 2010. All cancellations must be made in writing and submitted to our office. Include in your message your congregation ID number, the name of the person(s) being cancelled, and if your group needs to drop any hotel rooms.
