Here are the requirements:
Email your video as a youtube link to nygvideo@gmail.com any time before May 31, 2013 and be sure to check the Gathering's Facebook page to see your group featured.
Top videos will be highlighted in conjunction with Gathering program elements in San Antonio in 2013.

Video Project

- Submissions may be video or photo collages
- 60 – 90 seconds in length
- Display one city sign, distinguishing landmark, or unique aspect of your town/city.
- Show you at your favorite places in your community (school, church, well-known businesses, other attractions).

- Find a creative way to get your congregational church workers (pastor, DCEs, deaconess, teachers, etc.) or teachers (Lutheran high school groups) into the video along with other church members.

- Please do not state minor (18 and under) participants' complete names in the video.

- Please only use music for which you have proper permission (iStock Audio, etc).

Video Standards

- Codec: H.264

- Frame Rate: 24, 25, or 30 FPS

- Resolution: 640x480 (Standard Def) - Preferred

- 1280x720 (High Def) – Acceptable
